Shipping Time Frames

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our processing and shipping times vary based on the product:

• Pump Covers: These items typically ship within 7 business days. *Applies to Both US Domestic & International Orders*
• Outerwear & Bottoms: Shipping times may vary by product, location, and availability. Be sure to read each product description for the most accurate timeframe. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for processing and delivery, though we always aim to get your gear to you faster.

Order Processing -

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your item ships.

All Orders Are Final -

Please note that all orders are final. We encourage you to review your order details and our size charts carefully before completing your purchase. At The Next Arc we understand sometimes item's many not fit as expected. If this is your concern upon the arrival of your order, please feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help to the best of our ability.

All concerns must be expressed within 30 days of delivery.
